Volunteer compliance is audited annually

Volunteer compliance checklist

1. Screening – DHS Working With Children’s Check (WWCC)

Volunteers need to email their full legal name, and DOB to secretary@burnsiderygbyclub.com
WWCC will then be initiated electronically by our Secretary.
You will receive an email from DHS screening unit. Please follow the insructions as soon as possible. You may need to check your ‘junk’ folder.

2. Registration – Via Rugby Xplorer as Volunteer/Coach/Manager

Volunteers need to complete free registration
For help with using the Rugby Xplorer app, go to | Registration |

3. Learning – Smart Rugby

Click here to log in or register
Select ‘Browse Learning’ at the top of the page
Select ‘Smart Rugby’ on left-hand column
Click on the ‘Smart Rugby’ box
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Launch’
When complete, email your certificate to secretary@burnsiderygbyclub.com

4. Learning – Sports Integrity Child Protection & Safeguarding training

Select ‘Log in or Register’ at the right side of the page
Follow the prompts to create an account
Once logged in, search for ‘PBTR – Child Protection and Safeguarding’
When complete, email your certificate to secretary@burnsiderygbyclub.com
