With incredible sadness we farewelled our beloved JB, John Bradley, who passed away in his sleep earlier this month. The celebration of John’s life was attended by many loved ones, spilling in to the carpark of the Charles Berry Magill chapel, and included an MFS guard of honour to celebrate his 40 years of service as a fire fighter and Commander.  JB was a Burnside man through and through; Player, coach, manager, committee member, Playing Legend, Life Member, and always a passionate supporter of any and every Burnside team. A great friend to many, and a favourite of the Burnside family. JB will be sorely missed around the club, especially on the balcony, but he did go out a winner 💙. Our thoughts are with Sandra, Tanya, Darren, and all of John’s family. Vale, JB.

We are now seeking expressions of interest for anyone that is keen to coach one of our senior teams for the 2020 season. This includes all men’s and women’s grades. Please email us with a summary of your experience and coaching qualifications, as well as indicating which of the roles below you may be interested in;
